The fastest way to get your Helpinstill piano system is to call us anytime at 713-432-1089 and place your order. Give us your credit card number over the phone, and we'll pay for the shipping by FedEx Ground to any U.S. address, usually 2 to 5 days. Need it faster? FedEx 2-Day service is usually about $25 extra, FedEx Overnight about $60 extra.
If you are a church or other non-profit organization, there is no need to supply us with any documents establishing your tax-exempt status. We don't charge sales tax.
Besides credit cards (VISA, MC. AmEx, Disc.) over the phone, we also accept them online through PayPal: simply use the drop-down box on the "Prices" page. We'll send you an email confiming your order, and giving you a receipt and tracking information.
You can also e-mail us the information to pianopickup@aol.com. Be sure to include all the info about what you want, and where you want it sent. We'll respond to you in an e-mail before we send it out to confirm your order. For security purposes, send us credit card number in two pieces: just send the first eight digits in one e-mail, and the other eight and the expiration date in a followup e-mail. Or you can e-mail us your phone number and a good time to call, and we'll call you! If you need to give us a company check, call us, and we'll arrange for you to send it to us in an overnight FedEx letter free! We also handle a lot of Bank Wire Transfers, especially from our overseas customers. If this is your preference, we will e-mail you the appropriate Swift Code for your bank.

When we say "Grand Piano Sensor," we mean any type of grand, from "baby" to "concert." Since our pickups stretch across the piano from one side to the other, the length of the piano doesn't figure into the installation (as long as it has 88 notes!) Likewise, when we say "Upright Piano Sensor," we mean any vertical piano, whether it's a Spinet, Console or Studio model.
We handle a lot of special needs for groups on tour, and customers with emergencies. We're only a few blocks from Houston's main FedEx office and we can get it to you FAST when you really need something.
